In Contakids, through enjoyable physical games, children develop advanced motor skills and their self-confidence, while we as parents reconnect with our body and movement, and learn to trust ourselves and our child.
Held weekly in a consistent group, we creates a safe and familiar space where children feel comfortable to express themselves.

The program will accommodate a maximum of 15 parent-child pair.
Spanning over 12 weeks, the sessions are held weekly in a consistent group setting to support the learning process.

Roee is Bona Dance Munich's leader and a teacher of Aikido and the Feldenkrais Method. He completed his Master's degree in Sports Science at the Technical University of Munich, where he conducted research on balance control and motor learning. He trained in Aikido with Miles Kessler, Patrick Cassidy, and Thor Schoo, and in the Feldenkrais Method with Basil Glazer and Rachel Elazar. In his work, Roee seeks structure and freedom, playfulness and ease in movement, as well as ways to develop new sensorimotor skills through interaction with the environment. He has worked with the Israeli dance company Vertigo, alongside dancers from the Batsheva Dance Company, and as a guest lecturer at LACDC, Tanzfabrik Berlin, and Tanzwerkstatt Europa.
Sarah is a freelance dancer and dance teacher based in Munich. She trained as a dance pedagogue at the Iwanson School for Contemporary Dance and has since been exploring the connections between dance and music in collaboration with a band. Her teaching style is a blend of dance technique, body exploration, and sensory awareness.
Absolutely! You can join a trial class at a special reduced price, with no commitment required.
Sometimes, just being in the ContaKids environment can spark their interest and motivation. However, participation is always voluntary—no one is ever forced to take part.
You have the option to attend a make-up session with another group to catch up.
No problem! We just ask for a two-week notice before discontinuing.
Yes! Parents can alternate participation as needed.
